What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. It must be unexpired and include your photo, signature, and physical description (e.g. driver’s license, passport, military ID).

Can I fill out my document ahead of time?

Yes—but do not sign it until we’re together. The signature must be witnessed by a notary in real time.

How long does a notarization take?

The simplest appointments take 10–15 minutes per signer, depending on the document and how many signatures are needed.

Fees are set by the State of Nevada.

• Acknowledgment / Jurat: $15 per first signature

  • Acknowledgment / Jurat: $7.50 for each additional signature on the same document

Where can we meet for a mobile appointment?

It’s up to your preference and circumstances! I’m happy to meet at your office or home, at a hospital or hospice care facility, or at a coffee shop. We just need a safe, semi-quiet location to be able to complete the notarization.
